Northern Michigan Regional Hospital, together with other interested community agencies, envisioned a place where people without access to healthcare, could come for medical treatment. As a result of their vision and planning, the Community Free Clinic opened its doors in January 1998.
The Clinic is staffed by professional and lay volunteers who donate their time and expertise to meet this need in our community.
The Clinic is supported by donations from individuals, businesses, civic groups, grants, foundations and Northern Michigan Regional Hospital.

Patient Clinics
on Wednesday evenings. Sign-in is required between 5 - 6:30 p.m. Patients will be seen in the order they signed in with exception based on patient need.
Appointment Clinic on Monday afternoons. For those who work on Wednesday evening, appointments are available from 12:45 - 5 p.m.
Diabetic Eye Screening Clinic on the first Monday of the month.
